Two years of full-time paid experience (or a total of 4,160 compensated hours) as a cook in a large institution, construction camp, restaurant, or hotel which includes preparing banquets, or in a large unit, installation, or ship in the military; and A valid Food Protection Manager Certification issued by an organization accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
