You'll be responsible for inspecting and cleaning communal areas including sweeping and mopping, external litter picking, leaf clearance, cleaning bin areas and rotating bins. You'll carry out health and safety checks and report bulk rubbish, graffiti and abandoned vehicles to the appropriate teams.
