Description : Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Service function from an industry in the following order of preference
1. Crushing & Screening
2. Construction Equipment, such as excavators or batching plants.
⮚ Support on unloading and storing of machines to customer
⮚ Erection Support for the machines, if required
⮚ Advice on the lubricant, Electrical wiring etc.. to the customer
⮚ Commissioning of machines
⮚ Training to operators
⮚ Preparation of commissioning certificate
⮚ Routine Inspection of machines
⮚ Wear parts replacement support till operator learn it
⮚ Setting the quality of products
⮚ Setting the machines to get maximum output
⮚ Value generation to Customer
⮚ Breakdown support
⮚ Notice the operator changes and train the new operators
⮚ Attend phone calls of Customer, clear their doubts and support over phone
⮚ Coordinate for the repairing of machine parts ,which is sent to plant
⮚ Prepare wear parts list and coordinate to get the quotation
⮚ Follow with Customer until the wear parts reach at customer site to avoid breakdowns
⮚ Spare parts sale of his zone
⮚ Give information about duplicate parts sales in his zone
⮚ Convince Customer to use genuine parts
⮚ Keep good relation with Customer and know about the new projects and convey to sales team
