Description : 1. Introduce various product offerings to customers and influence their buying decision through suggestive selling.
2. Negotiate/close deals, understand & handle queries and complaints of the customer and address with the right solution.
3. Ensure that the Sales Trainee is following the code of conduct of the company properly and educate them with the company's selling system.
4. Provide support to the marketing team for potential customer visits and exhibitions.
5. Update product knowledge and inform superiors about the latest trends in the market.
6. Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining stock of the section; ensure timely stock replenishment.
7. Ensure timely transfer of the stock to the Showroom
