Description : Sampling and Microbiological analysis of incoming raw materials and finished products in conformance with established Good Lab Practices (GLPs) and SOPs.
â— Media preparation, media disposal and sterilization.
â— In-time preparation and issue of Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
â— Creating, executing and reviewing of SOPs and MOAs (Method of Analysis), pharmacopoeias and reference texts for improving analytical skills.
â— Environmental monitoring of all sections of the company
◠Status updation of microbial analysis result – To be updated within time frame stipulated in ERP.
â— Supporting QC Manager for all QC activities and Ensuring that procedures are carried out carefully and accurately to eliminate errors.
â— Water Analysis of all relevant sections of the company as per the schedule.
â— Training and conducting periodic Hygiene audits of operating areas, sanitization procedures and activities to assure conformance to standards and verify effectiveness of training.
â— Timely reporting of ERP related issues.
â— Coordinate with Maintenance department to ensure compliance with equipment maint
