System Engineer will work on the following Technologies but not limited to
Servers & Storage (HP, DELL EMC, Huawei, Cisco UCS, SAN/NAS, etc)
Microsoft Operating systems and Linux
Hyper Convergence Solutions
Virtualization solutions - VMware and MS Hyper-V
Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server and Office 365 solutions
Microsoft Azure, AWS and other Cloud Technologies
Backup and Disaster recovery solutions
Email Security solutions
Understand the customer business and technical requirements and address the same with high customer satisfaction
Maintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge
Build and maintain very good customer relation and satisfaction
