Description : Identify and reach out to the prospect clients, explain/counsel them on the procedures and help them to initiate the admission process as appropriate
Lead Management-Responsible for managing and converting assigned Leads through Calls and Email channels or direct visits
Understand the services offered, promote, and answer the queries to clients as required- on calls and in-person.
Make a good rapport with the clients and help them to achieve their goal smoothly, by helping them on the entire application processes, and update on the status diligently.
Coordinate and align with external and internal stakeholders to resolve execution issues and assist as necessary
Document review and preparation of supporting documents using templates, KYC reviews; make necessary photocopies/scan/notarization of documents, and proper file maintenance during the entire process
Handle basic process issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Coordination with the team and third party vendors for status updates/or follow up
Willingness to work in extended timelines to meet the commitments in case required
Maintaining all client communication and record all information in data management system.
Record all-important dates and deadline of submission or extension submission of the client and take necessary action for extension in time
Preparation of daily/monthly MIS reports and updating the management in regular intervals.
Assist the team in daily operations and management
Maintain good rapport with the team across all the locations.
