Description : 1. Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
2. Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructability.
3. Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.
4. Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and client.
5. Cost control, monitoring for on-going projects under execution.
6. Computation of costs by analyzing labor, material and time requirements.
Requirements :
Qualification: Graduate, Diploma, Post Graduate, Post Graduate Diploma including Advanced Diploma Diploma in Engineering, BE/BTech
