1. Manage Sophos, Fortinet, Meraki, and Sonic-wall firewalls.
2. Manage Azure Networks and VPN.
3. Assist NOC team with Network task escalations
4. Troubleshoot Cisco ASA firewalls.
5. Monitor and manage Network devices through RMM
6. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues
7. Should be willing to work in night shifts
8. Certifications in Cisco preferred
