Requirements :
Degree in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management or Three Year Diploma in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management or Std X pass with Diploma / Certificate in Catering / Food Production / Food & Beverage of minimum one year duration and 5 yrs experience
