â— 6 years of post qualification experience in Construction of buildings
â— Thorough knowledge of Government procedures in all spheres of construction
â— Extensive Experience and knowledge of commercial or industrial construction activities/projects
â— Working Experience in large infrastructure projects is required
â— Well versed in DPR preparation, codes & manuals, Acts & Rules, industry practices, engineering procedures and design guides, Project management tools
â— Experience in verification of estimates and bills
â— Hands on experience with AUTOCAD,MS Projects, PRICE, Primavera
