Description : â— Maintain executives agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
â— Coordinate meetings both within and outside the organization
â— Prepare correspondence, minutes, and other travel documents of executives
â— Follow up with departments on the assignments given and send the reports to Management
â— Coordinate the activities of all departments; Operations, Marketing, Finance and Admin department and coordinate the steps in their planning, implementation, and follow-up
â— Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
â— Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
â— Make travel arrangements for executives
â— Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
â— Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
â— Work with Management for government & non-government projects
