Identify and map the potential target customers (HNW Non-resident Indians/regional corporate houses & other high net worth people).
Conduct Field activity for generating new leads and database.
Assisting in the sales operation of the firm to accomplish agreed business strategy.
Analyze competitor’s activities, recommend business improvement suggestions to the management accordingly.
Cold Calling - making proposals, demonstrating and presenting products to potential customers.
Ensure high quality service delivery to all clients.
Meeting the sales target given by the company.
Develop and nurture new market and Client support and coordination activities.
Every activities/Emails/Contact numbers should be updated in ERP.
Appropriate wishing/Intimation timely to clients.
Company Cabs availability should be confirmed accordingly with HRD and prior information.
Organize/participate in initiatives like real –estate exhibitions, trade shows, seminars and conferences to increase product-promotion.
Attend product training and new product introduction programmes organized by external bodies.
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
Provide accurate feedback to management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
