a) Degree in Chemistry OR Three year Diploma in any branch of Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education.

b) NACE or FROSIO level-I Inspector qualification.

c) Seven years post qualification experience in painting works in a Shipyard or Dockyard or Engineering Company or Government Establishment.

OR

(II)

ITI(NTC) Certificate and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the trade of Painter with 22 years of experience in painting works in Shipyard or Dockyard or Engineering Company or Government Establishment.
