(1) Pass in Pre-Degree with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as   Optional Subjects with 50% of marks or its equivalent qualification,
(2)   Diploma in MLT Course for two years awarded by the Directorate of Medical   Education (Government of Kerala) or its equivalent qualification,
(3)   Registration with Kerala Para Medical Council.
