Description :
  1. Day to day last mile operations of TVM DC
  2. Responsible to manage and correct the delivery timings supported by DE timings
  3. COD collections based on invoice, reconciliation and deposit on daily basis
  4. Proper training to DE and daily interactions to update them towards customer satisfaction
  5. Ensure Delivery SLA and corrections on immediate responses if req.
  6. Record crate movements and keep stock updated
  7. All other adhoc jobs assigned by the DC Manager
Requirements :
