Only retired Sub-Assistant Engineers (Civil) from the Government Departments are eligible. The candidates will supervise various construction sites, planning, preparation of estimate, quality control, other allied civil works to be assigned time to time and also to assist the Assistant Engineer (Civil) in executing his responsibilities.
