â— Map out course plans, expense report, course programs (External or Internal)
â— Arrange appropriate course equipment and stations for external/internal courses.
â— Travel with Equipment and courses materials to the client location.
â— Promote available course opportunities to instructors & provide necessary information
â— Check everything prior to a course such as ticket, accommodation, equipment, laptop, question papers etc.
â— Check course codes prior to a course
â— Travelling with course equipment to various places as per the company travel policy and ensure the safety of equipment & company properties
â— Ensure instructor & coordinator travel, food, accommodation & plan appropriate instructors for various courses in and out of Kerala
â— Use accepted training principles and track or update new AHA training methods and techniques
